DAY ONE INSTRUCTOR
Qualifications
Excited about creating a positive and vibrant community experience
Displays confidence and energy on and off the bike, and aims to motivate and inspire others
Consistently rides to the beat of the music (rhythm-based cycling) at any pace
Can instruct a safe and effective workout for riders of all skill levels
Effective motivational, body, choreography, programming, and kinesthetic cueing
Understands music, and can effectively create a playlist and program choreography, intervals, and other elements in sync with the music
Receptive to feedback, self-aware, and has a willingness to learn
(Preferred, but not required) minimum 1 year experience teaching rhythm-based cycling classes
Available to participate in 4-6 week Revel Instructor Training Process
Responsibilities + Expectations
Maintain availability to teach at least 2 classes per week and substitute as needed
Builds Revel community by connecting with riders, riding in other instructors’ classes, attending events, and promoting the experience via social media
Create and lead classes that reflect the Revel Ride principles and are welcoming to riders of all levels
Represent Revel’s brand and values inside and outside of the studio
Contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming studio environment in partnership with team
