We may collect some personal information and non-personal information from our Users, but the information we collect from you depends on how you use the Websiteand what information you choose to provide to us.
We process the information we collect in reliance on the following:

Privacy Policy: Children under the age of 13
Personal Data/Communications
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input at the checkout and billing. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order if you’ve chosen to save your credit card information.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. If you use this Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
If you are under 18, you may register and use the Revel website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Revel does not accept the online registration of minors; please do not attempt to register on our website if you are under the age of 18. Registration of minors must be completed in person at one of our studios with a parent or guardian. Minors over the age of 13 who have submitted a participant/registration waiver signed by a parent or guardian may sign up for classes online. If we discover that personal information has been submitted by a minor without a signed participant/registration waiver, we will delete such information promptly. Revel does not seek or share personal information from minors through this website.
Revel reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. When you visit Revel or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this Website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us.
Our Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to [or on] the Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Personal Information. Personal information is generally any information that can be used to identify you individually, either by itself or in conjunction with other information. Special Types of Personal Information. We do not require you to provide any Special Category Personal Data in order to use the Website (Special Category Personal Data includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). However, Users may at some point have the ability to interact with other Users based on their profile content and desire to form a mutually beneficial relationship, information about interests, among other factors will determine willingness to engage with other members. A User may choose to upload information that includes Special Category Personal Data to the User’s Account, or to publicly post or share information that includes Special Personal Category Data with other Users through the App. If you upload Special Category Personal Data to your Account, or if you otherwise choose to share or post information containing Special Category Personal Data with other Users or in any public areas or features of the Website that exist or may exist in the future, you are giving us your explicit consent to process your data, including Special Category Personal Data, as otherwise requested by you in connection with your Account or use of the App. Participation in public posting and any other interactions with other Users are completely optional, and we will only process data that you specifically provide to make use of those features, and only as necessary for the functionality of such features.

We protect your information from potential security breaches by implementing certain technological security measures including encryption and firewalls. If you have an Account, we urge you to take steps to keep your Account information (username and password) protected from unauthorized use by others. Privacy Policy: Your Privacy Rights
Revel strives for transparency, security, and accessibility when it comes to your information.
You May Request a Copy of Your Data. You may request a copy of your personal data from us at any time. If you request a copy of your data, we will provide you with a copy in a structured, electronic format.
You May Request Your Data Be Corrected, Completed, or Deleted. You may also request that your personal data be corrected if you believe it is incorrect or incomplete, or that it be deleted entirely. We will delete your personal data upon your request if you send us a request with a description of the basis for your request; however, we may first restrict processing of your data as permitted under applicable law to assess your request prior to any deletion of data.
You May Request Your Data Be Restricted From Certain Activities. You may object to our processing of your personal data, or request that we restrict the processing of your personal data. If you request that we restrict processing of your data, we will stop processing your data, but we may still store your data as permitted under applicable law pending an assessment of your request.
You May Withdraw Your Consent. If we are relying on your consent to process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. We may not be able to accommodate a request to change or delete information if the change would violate any law or legal requirement, or if such change would cause the information to be incorrect. We may not be able to delete the personal data of a User that was retained by another User in duplicate form outside of the Website after it was shared with the other User in connection with interactions between the Users.

If you fail to provide personal information when it is required by law or necessary for us to perform our obligations under a contract with you, we may not be able to perform the contract.

California Residents Who Wish To Make A Request. You may make a request as noted above, and consistent with California law, you may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. In order to use an authorized agent, you must provide a valid power of attorney, the requester’s valid government issued identification, and the authorized agent’s valid government issued identification.
Privacy Policy: How to Make Changes to Your Account and Personal Data

Upon your request to terminate your Account, we will deactivate or delete your Account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms and/or comply with legal requirements.

In addition to the rights provided herein, California residents are afforded additional rights, as provided in this section.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
